Utility Billing Office
The Utility Billing Office manages the city's billing of water, wastewater, recycling and trash service. Responsibilities include customer inquiries, establishing new accounts, and providing trash and recycling service information to new customers.
Regular Utility Billing Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. There is a utility billing drop box located in front of the Utilities Window at City Hall.
After hours emergency water line breaks and wastewater backup calls can be made to the Dalworthington Gardens DPS Dispatch at 817-275-1234.
